
Jade Mundel received her Bachelors
Degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and studied
Spanish Literature at the University of Cordoba, Spain. She received
a Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School in 1997. Also in
1997, Ms. Mundel served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable
Bruce J. Einhorn, United States Federal Immigration Judge. She was
admitted to the California State Bar in 1998.
Ms. Mundel is admitted to practice
before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Court for
the Central District, all state courts in the State of California
and the U.S. Immigration Court. She is a member of the California
State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the
California Women’s Leadership Association.
Ms. Mundel’s practice involves all
areas of immigration law, including, but not limited to, Eb-5
Investor and L-1 Visas, Eb-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas, religious
worker, naturalization, deportation/removal defense, bond hearings,
asylum and domestic violence applications. She also handles all
types of appeals, including before the Board of Immigration Appeals
and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where she has
successfully argued cases.
